At The MenoPharm, appointments are carefully planned to ensure every woman receives unhurried, personalised support. To keep sessions running smoothly and fairly, the following booking and cancellation policies apply.
Securing Your Appointment
To confirm your booking, you will be asked to provide basic personal details and full payment in advance. This ensures your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations up to 48 business hours before your appointment Fees are refundable minus a £25 administration fee.
- Cancellations within 48 business hours of your appointment Fees are non refundable.

Rearrangement Policy
- Rearranging more than 24 hours before your appointment You may reschedule free of charge.
- Rearranging within 24 hours of your appointment Unfortunately, appointments cannot be rearranged or refunded at this stage.
